The Charlottesville Waldorf Foundation has embarked on a journey that both fits and transcends its unique educational mission. By building "The Greenest School in America," the Foundation represents a natural, yet significant expansion of the environmentally-conscious Waldorf philosophy. This process is about more than building a school. It is about building a green movement that will serve as a national model for fiscally responsible sustainable building, and set an example not only for schools but for corporations and individuals as well.
